The Enforcer is cut with approximately 25 to 30 falls of oiled buffalo, 23" long, and 1/2" wide. This flogger is designed to be a good medium weight flogger that will still have a nice bite. The tips are angle cut for a stinging bite and the handle is 8" long x 1" diameter with turkshead knots at either end. This flogger gives a good sting rather than a soft thud.
