Return Policy
All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please call 970-449-2910 or email us at sales@bearsleather.com for a Return Authorization. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.
Return Of New Items
Bear's Leather allows you to return any new and unopened merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date with the exception of custom made items. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. There will however be a 20% re-stocking. Custom made items may not be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship or functionality of the item. Shipping charges cannot be refunded in either case.
Return Of Defective Items
We allow you to return any defective merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit, product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing or damaged components. If a custom item is returned for defects in workmanship and none are found the product will be returned as is.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom built or One-of-A-Kind items are only refundable if the item is defective.
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must returned in the original packaging and in "new" condition for returns, or show "reasonable" wear if defective. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories or be refused if we can not re-stock the item.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any return product to our office. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, Bear's Leather will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization.
Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.

As such, the laws of the State of Colorado will govern these disclaimers and Terms and Conditions, without giving affect to any principals of conflicts of laws.
